So that these people will definitely fall into their traps no matter how hard they try to ward off.

如果，當別人數落你的過失，

When people try to point out your errors and mistakes,

所引發的感受是委屈的時候；

Then, it perfectly testifies that you are a person who entirely neglects to cultivate his/her mind
